Wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how happy my parents are with the care they are getting at SpringBrook. As I am sure you know, this is an unsettling transition for seniors and I must say that the staff has done a very good job to minimize the “fear factor” that my parents felt. All reports I get from my parents are positive… they find the staff kind and helpful. Our family appreciates the attention our parents have received. We look forward to a long relationship with SpringBrook.

As a frequent visitor to SpringBrook to visit my Mom, I get to see a lot of what goes on there. Staff members are always friendly and welcoming. They always call residents by name. The facility is always well kept and is exceptionally festive during holidays and season changes. There are lots of fun activities for the residents from dominos to field trips. The food tastes homemade and they offer a wide variety of menus to keep things interesting. Having Mom at SpringBrook has given our family a sense of security knowing that she is near and there are people there who care. Mom said this is the best move she has ever made. SpringBrook has become home for my Mom.
